About Celina, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The City of Celina serves as the county seat of Mercer County, OH, and as of 2010 it was home to 10,400 residents. This community is found in Western Ohio along the western shores of the Grand Lake St. Marys. The manufacturing industry makes up some of the largest employers in Celina, including Reynolds and Reynolds, Crown Equipment Corporation, and Celina Aluminum Precision Technology. This community is served by the Celina City School District, and higher educational opportunities are available at the Wright State University Lake Campus.

Celina hosts numerous festivals and cultural events throughout the year. In July, the annual Freedom Days Picnic is held in honor of Independence Day, and later that month the Celina Lake Festival is thrown to celebrate the city’s history. The Mercer County Fair is held during the second week of August, and the annual Governors Cup Regatta hosts Hydroplane racing in the lake.

In addition to the festivals and events held in Celina, there are other things to do, as well. The Chakeres Celina Cinema 5 offers low-priced movie options, and the Lake Drive-In Theatre is quite popular during the summer. Golf fans can play at a few courses in this community, including the Mercer County Elks Club and the Fox’s Den. Plaza Bowling Lanes also serves as a great place for a date night or an afternoon out with family.

Celina residents will need to invest in both home heating and cooling systems in order to stay comfortable and safe throughout the year. In the summer, temperatures tend to climb to the mid-80s, on average, and with high humidity, these conditions can be dangerous. A reliable air conditioning system can help residents to keep cool while also minimizing energy bills. Additionally, freezing temperatures and moderate snowfall are common during the winter, and without an efficient furnace in place, freezing pipes and plumbing could become a real possibility.
